Water tourism between Bangladesh, India soon

India and Bangladesh are going to introduce water vessels for tourists of both the countries soon, Secretary of Shipping Ministry Ashoke Madhab Roy said today.

Ashoke said this while briefing reporters before a secretary-level meeting between Bangladesh and India at the shipping ministry in Dhaka.

“We will discuss further regarding the matter during the meeting,” the secretary said. 

Apart from this, drafts of two agreements over -- using Chittagong and Mongla sea ports by India and building a multipurpose terminal at Payra sea port -- will be discussed and finalised in the meeting, he added.
