LG Electronics Bangladesh recently launched a hotline to ensure prompt customer service.
Customers can directly call 09678-545454, open from 8:30am to 8:30pm every day, including public holidays, for assistance on product setup, features, use, care, repair and maintenance or to place service requests, the company said in a statement yesterday.
The hotline is a part of continued efforts to provide quality products and services, said Edward Kim, managing director of LG Electronics Bangladesh.
“We have courteous, respectful and knowledgeable individuals that can assist customers with all technical support and service issues.”
Moo Je Kim, customer service director for LG Electronics Asia Pacific Region, believes the hotline would be a window for interactions with customer.
With over 40 years' experience on customer service, LG will be able to ensure customer satisfaction as well as get ideas on updating products and service quality, said Kim.
